12 weekly, 45-minute classes include songs, rhythmic rhymes, movement and instrument play. These activities are presented as informal, non-performance-oriented musical experiences--developmentally appropriate for children and easy for parents and caregivers--regardless of their own musical ability. Two Family CD's, and Songbook are included!

Setting the Stage is located in the lower level of the First Congregational Church at 320 Beach 94th Street in Rockaway Beach.
From Brooklyn and Breezy Point: Take Beach Channel Drive eastbound toward Far Rockaway; Take a RIGHT on Beach 91st Street(at Denis O'Connor Funeral Home); Take next RIGHT at the Elevated train tracks (you can only go right). Proceed to the traffic light; Take a hard RIGHT onto Beach 94th Street.(Do not go over bridge); Take immediate Right into the church parking lot.
From Howard Beach and Broad Channel- Cross over The Cross Bay Bridge; follow signs for Shore Front Pkwy; At the base of the bridge make a LEFT under the elevated subway platform, then go immediately to the LEFT turning lane. Make a wide LEFT onto Beach 94th (do not go back over the bridge) then take a quick RIGHT to enter the church parking lot.
From Far Rockaway and Long Island: Take Beach Channel Drive (westbound); Take LEFT on Beach 94th Street; RIGHT at the Elevated Platform; At the first traffic light make a quick RIGHT onto Beach 94th Street (do not go over the bridge), then make a quick RIGHT into the church parking lot.
The Entrance for Music Together®:
The entrance is a red door on the side of the building that faces the elevated subway platform. Please use the white buzzer labeled Setting the Stage located to the left of the door.
